“Sufi” Heart Meditation.

Whilst, it is generally thought that the human body contains only one subtle centre of consciousness which is the mind or brain, the Sufis, through their spiritual experiences, discovered additional centres of inner senses of intuition & perception. The practice of this Heart breath meditation, awakens these subtle senses.

Self- Healing

The vagus nerve is a crucial part of the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation and healing. It links the brain to major organs like the heart and lungs, regulating bodily functions such as heart rate and digestion. Through techniques like deep breathing or meditation, stimulating the vagus nerve can trigger the body’s healing processes, reducing inflammation and stress.
